Cancellation & Refund Policy

Customers may request order cancellation before the order is shipped by contacting officialbadcouples@gmail.com.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Refunds for eligible cancellations, approved returns, or defective products will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Actual credit time may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
